Roll out the boat pay special attention on how it was folded this is the way you will want to fold it back in position when deflating. Pump the three tubs 1/2 full, make sure the valves are turned out so they are not leaking air. Place #1 and front round sheet, make sure the valve is centered so you can inflate the keel at a later time. Place the #2 and # 3 in place, they will be like a V shape, make sure they are in place as you will need to push down on the to make the floor flat. Once the floor is flat you can place the side bars. The fat end on bottom and the sides slots place in the floor, this can be a little tricky at first but in time it will become very easy to install. You may have to deflate the tubes to 1/3 to help you place the side bars. Make sure the side bars touch all # 2-3-4 sections. It does not have to touch the front section. All flooring places with smooth side down. Pump the boat up to 3 lbs pressure, when hard to touch. Best time to inflate is when the temperature is cool. Some leakage will take place when the boat is in cool or cold weather, in-flat with foot pump. Warranty Coverage: The boat's hull. Floor.
